Ingredients
·rice
·water
·chicken
·greens
·oil
·salt

The preparation of the paella :

Cut and wash the tomatoes and greens.
Chop the chicken, tomatoes and greens.
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Fry rice, chicken, tomatoes and greens and add the salt and water.
Cook the paella for about 20 minutes..

When the paella is ready put it on the plates.
Serve the paella with slices of lemon and a salad then enjoy it.

The cremà

The cremà is the night when we burn the falla.
A big fallera and a little fallera to light the fallas.
Later, the falleras have dinner together.
And the big fallera and the little fallera pick up the ash.

The albaes
The Albaes is when a singer sings to the big fallers, the little falleras and the queens.
The singer sings things about the fallera.
I like albaes because I like listening to the music.
